9. What is confusing in this book? Why? (Be specific)
To me this book is confusing because the author writes random spanish words sometimes and since i dont speak spanish it confuses me. Also sometimes she can randomly change the scene and i cant tell what is happening at the time.

12. Do you think you would read another book by this author? Why or why not?
No I dont think I would read another book by this aiuthor because she makes it confusing to reaf for someone who doesnt speak spanish. Also this book talks about nasty things. I think the book whould be better without those things.

I like yoyo the most because she knows how to take care of herself and she sticks up for herself. I dont like sofia because she seems shy and she doesnt sem like she can stick up for herself.

What i read today made me want to read more because it had alot of suspense and drama and i really want to read again tomorrow.

A character in my book named Yolanda is similar to a character named shug in the color purple because she sticks up for herself and she gives good advice. People come to her for advice like shug. Yolanda also is nice and she care about other people.

3. What does this book make you wonder about? Why?
This book makes me wonder why they had to move to the united states. I will probably find that out in the end of the book though. Also why it is called how the garcia girls lost their accents. Are they going to have to change and be whole different people in the united states? Thats what i wonder
